Lead Business Analyst - SCM Domain (6-8 Yrs) Ahmedabad (Others)

Position : Lead Business Analyst Year of Experience : 6 to 8 yrs JD : - Assists in planning and designing business processes; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities. Solution designing for new projects.
-Gather project requirement at client site or remotely and prepare the detailed FRD.
-Handle multiple projects, utilize resources and get work done in service as well as products.
-Write business requirement documents, mapping documents and functional specifications in the form of user stories/ Features.
-Create user cases or user personas Create a detailed impact analysis document and explain the technical teams scope of work - Maintain, review and update the business standards documentation - Create high-quality requirements and process documents.
-Assists in analyzing and documenting clients business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to technical personnel by constructing basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates.
-Assists in creating basic test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
-Assists in developing and modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client needs.
-Participates in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
-Expertise in Scrum Master would be plus.
-Liaise between product owner, business sponsors, subject matter experts, experience designers, testers, and development groups to remove roadblocks and foster communication - Help design and build complex custom-designed solutions that use a wide range of the latest technologies - Collaborate on organizational transformation solutions and executing - Share best practices with cross-functional team members.
-A genuine passion for quality software and the know-how to get from sketch to code - Good Logical & Communication Skill - Basic knowledge of Supply Chain domain.
-Basic knowledge of latest technology like IOT, Barcode, RFID, GPS etc - Open to travel across India or the world.
