CRMNext - Lead/Assistant Manager - Project Management (7-10 Yrs) Noida (Systems/Product Software)

Eligibility Criteria: - Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.E./M.Tech with 8 to 9 year experience in technology led project - Xth - 60% and XIIth - 60%, B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech - 60% - Minimum 3-4 year experience is software Development in .net is must. Desired Profile - Meeting clients to understand their CRM and process requirements - Work as a team member for system requirements definition process and system setup during implementation.
-Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out - Responsible for the implementation of client systems - Developing high level implementation plans - Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer facing engagements - Strong Technical background. Team handling skills - Knowledge of global best practices in CRM space - Experience in BFSI domain shall be preferred but not mandatory. Technical Skills - Proficient in project management software - Abreast with latest Technology trends - Experience to Microsoft .NET framework and databases is a plus.
