We currently have job openings across all departments and locations and are looking to add valuable team members to further strengthen the companys DNA Description : - This position is responsible for managing Cvents various Corporate Systems Teams, engaging in development, administration and support of following platforms business areas CRM (Salesforce.com), Financial Systems (Oracle EBS), Integrations (Informatica), Human Capital Management (Workday) Governance (Process Data).
-Work closely with Cvents Global Stakeholders, PMs other Tech teams to ensure effective delivery of Corporate Systems Roadmap, Annual Release Calendar, Transformational Initiatives, Enhancements and Production Support.
-Managing corporate systems performance while closely working with individual leaders in each of the above verticals, ensuring critical alignment of corporate system performance and outcomes to overall IT Organizational goals.
-Deep expertise in Salesforce, Integration Data Management and working knowledge of Financial and HR Systems (Oracle EBS Workday will be added advantage) This role reports the Head of IT in Cvent India and matrix to the Head of Corporate System in Cvent HQ. Position Duties : - Overall implementation and management of Saleforce.com Platform and associated ecosystem - Manage the design, implementation, and support of the companys financial and ERP systems architecture, and reporting tools.
-Manage a team responsible for support and modernization of the core business systems platform.
-Manage ecosystem and expansion to address business needs and usage - Manage Key SFDC integrations with financial systems, Cvent product and other corporate systems - Implement industry best practices across all business verticals on SFDC, EBS and Informatica at Cvent - Consultative approach to stakeholder management and drive creative resolution to business needs - Own and run SFDC Change Release Management - Provide leadership and guidance to build a culture of trust, problem solving, innovation and ownership.
-Continuously identify operational efficiencies to increase profitability, and focus on customer satisfaction Candidate Requirements : - IT Professional with a bachelors degree in a technology-related field, with 12 years of experience - 4 years of experience in a management level position, building and leading high-performing teams - In-depth experience with Mid to Large SFDC implementation across multiple businesses - Working experience with ERP and financial tools, primarily with Oracle suite of products (Oracle E-Business Suite).
-Understanding of cloud and SaaS platform-based company operations, and infrastructure.
-In-depth experience with SFDC integration, Financial Systems, AppExchange Vendors - Experience of working with other business systems Marketo, Financial Force, Concur WorkDay - Work with appropriate leads and review high level Integration design, source to target data mapping document and be the point of contact for any ETL related questions - Proven work history in delivering key initiatives, such as technology migrations, new product launches, deployment of business applications, and reducing costs and inefficiencies - Understanding of software development lifecycle, and application project management
