Data Scientist - Deep Learning/Python (2-8 Yrs) Chennai (Systems/Product Software)

We have job opening for Data Scientist role with one of the top leading product IT based MNC in Chennai. Job location : Siruseri, Chennai Experience : 2 to 8 years Skills : Data Scientist PFB the Job Description and Pre Requisites for your reference: 1. Exploratory Data Analysis : Strong foundation on basic statistics and data pre-processing techniques required for data science which includes but not limited to skewness reduction, normal distribution, covariance, standard deviation, probability distribution function, scaling, normalization, sampling, CV, transformations, PCA, ICA, etc., and graphical analysis skill for the same. 2. Machine Learning Algorithms: Crystal clear understanding, coding, implementation, error analysis, model tuning knowledge on Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, SVM, shallow Neural Networks, K-means and other clustering models, Decision Trees, Random forest, XGBoost, Recommender Systems, ARIMA, Anomaly Detection, and Naive-Bayes algorithms. Feature selection, parameters-tuning, model selection and error-metrics analysis. Hands-on production-quality development skills on Banking domain is added advantage. 3. NLP : Euclidean distance, hot word vectors, tdif, word count, stop-word, stemming, lemmatization, name-entity recognition, text processing, word2vec, doc2vec, etc. 4. Deep Learning : Strong foundation on ANN (or MLP), CNN, LSTM, Deep Auto-Encoder, YOLO, ResNet, Alexnet, darknet, darkflow, MXNET, Keras, etc deep learning algo/architecture/frameworks. Practical knowledge on feature selection, model selection, error metrics analysis and designing the DL models for business applications. Computer Vision models using DL, and OCR /- open CV are key advantage. 5. Model Deployment : Lambda Architecture or Kappa Architecture implementation of these algorithms in on-premises CPU/GPU instances or in AWS or in GCP or in MS_Azure. 6. Visualization using ggplot2, plotly, RShiny, D3.JS, MS Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or any other tools. 7. Programming Languages : R and/or Python. 8. Big Data : Data ingestion using kafka/sqoop/flume/nifi; analytics processing using spark/strom, spark clustering; storage like Hadoop HDFS/Mongo DB/MySQL/Hive or similar. Experience in Hortonworks/Cloudera/MAPR is an additional benefit. Model deployment in AWS cloud like AWS EMR is also an added advantage. Knowledge on Rest API, Django servers, RStudio servers and deployment of ML models on the same.
