Role and Responsibilities : - Understand the technical strategies of our clients (technologies, projects, resources, tools and development methodologies) - Coordinate with Project Management to assist them in setting up software development teams - Provide technical training of our teams and ensure adherence to high standards of coding and development best practices - Conduct technical interviews with prospective candidates to determine their fit - Build a strong network across the IT community in Bangalore by attending networking events, meetups and conferences - Stay up to date on new technologies, languages, and frameworks Skills and Competencies : - 3 years of experience in technical training or consulting - A problem-solver with a high level of self-confidence - Good understanding of programming and algorithmics - Interview skills with the ability to screen for both technical and behavioral qualities - Strong interest in the IT industry - Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Technical Coordinator
