IT Analyst - Documentum (4-20 Yrs) Any Location (Systems/Product Software)

JD : - Minimum experience of 4 years in RMS (Documentum [D2/Captiva]) experience is preferred - Knowledge of Content Server 7.x is preferred - Knowledge/Implementation of Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC) - Extensive experience in developing and maintaining workflow (Business Process) based applications - Knowledge/Implementation of Documentum Query Language (DQL) - Strong knowledge of Documentum basics and Fundamentals - IDE/Tools such as Eclipse and Visual Studio knowledge for development - Demonstrate understanding of Documentum architecture and APIs (DFC, DFS & REST) and perform customizations to support business requirements - Troubleshoot complex technical problems. Monitors and tunes Documentum environment in order to obtain optimum performance - Provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, prepare technical specification and present demo whenever need - Good analytical skills with the ability to quickly react to issues arising from within the operations - Good follow-up and communication skills - Ready to adapt any vendor based products, technologies and able to learn and provide necessary support
