Windows Administrator - ADFS/DFSR (5-11 Yrs) Hyderabad (Systems/Product Software)

We have a job opening with our company Pioneer. Role : Windows Administration Primary Skill : 1. Windows Administration 2. File Services (Microsoft DFS - DFS Namespaces file replication ) Secondary skill : 1. Storage knowledge Additional skills : 1. The person will be involved in file server / data migration activities for new merger acquisition or company spinoff. Experience in this area will be added advantage.
-OneDrive for Business knowledge and experience will be preferred Technical knowledge - Expertise in Windows server Administration - Expertise in ADFS and DFSR - Familiarity with NAS and SAN storage management, - The DFS administrator is responsible for the health and exploitation of Windows DFS platform along with all products related to the server, paying attention to the operational activities, proactive capacity management and the surveillance of events.
-He will also contribute to the execution of various projects and will provide a second level support for Microsoft systems under his responsibility.
-The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of pertinent experience in Windows systems administration and specifically in DFS DFS-R Roles and responsibilities : The principal responsibilities and routine tasks of a Microsoft systems administrator are as follows : - File Server / Data Migration - Windows File Shares Design, Planning, Implementation and Management - Administration of the name space server - Attachment, changes and deletions of shares - Support for file-system extensions (Upgrades) - User Quota Management - Perform software and firmware upgrade analysis and subsequent implementation - Documentation and Reporting - Responsible for the functioning of DFS and DFSR systems - Install, maintain and update the operating systems on the physical and virtual servers as well as the Microsoft server software; - Oversee the system events to ensure its proper functioning, the maximum availability of the systems and quality of service; - Participate in the recovery and backup of Microsoft systems; - Perform advanced diagnostics during emergency situations; must be available to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary; - Perform system and application updates as well as equipment firmware updates; - Maintain the documentation regarding configurations, operations and diagnostic procedures for the Microsoft platform; - Participate in the definition of standards, procedures, best practices and metrics as indicated; - Assist in the evaluation of new needs, design techniques and standards; - Apply and use the tools and work methodologies in place; - Answer user questions and service requests; Location : Hyderabad We are looking for Candidates who can join in 15 Days Max.
