AlgonoX Technologies - Business Analyst (5-10 Yrs) Hyderabad (Others)

AlgonoX is looking for Business Analysts While RPA Business Analysts are highly preferred, Business Analysts without RPA experience would also be considered provided one is good at process and delivery management and has exposure to working from clients premises. Base location : Hyderabad Immediate joiners along with the ones who can join within 30 days are highly encouraged to apply. Travel : Up to 25%. The candidate will need to be at clients location for 2-3 weeks for requirement gathering.
-Expected to spend another 2-3 weeks or may be more than a month for UAT and user training.
-Should be flexible in going places(Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai or any other place) as and when required. Experience : - 5 - 10 years of overall experience including project management.
-Experience in working from clients premises and good at stakeholder management.
-Good process and delivery management experience. Skill set : - Experience driving activities like business process discovery, process re-engineering, functional design and designing target solution.
-Functional understanding of relevant business processes.
-Ability to create detailed business case, ROI (return on investment), Statement of Work (SoW), Process maps, functional design documents for automation projects.
-Should have worked with business stakeholders (Process SMEs, Senior Business Analysts).
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Financial acumen to design business case/proposal/ROI for automation.
