Data Analyst Location - Hyderabad Experience - 1 - 3 Years CTC - 22 - 33 Lakhs Technology - IT Systems Sourcing and Screening Guidelines Source location : Pan India Only from Premier Institue(B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech) Experience : 1 Year to 3 Years ( Do not process more than 3 years)- Mandatory - Experience in ETL Tool -(preferred: Talend)- Mandatory - Experience in python/R- Mandatory - Experience in SQL - Target Institutes : Tier- 1 Institutes Target Industries : Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, Internet/Online/Start-ups, IT Job Description : WHAT YOULL DO DAY-TODAY : - Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand data requirements, implement data solutions and documentation, and resolve data issues - Work with counterparty firms on behalf of the business in acquiring, validating, and loading data Act as the single point of contact for the businesss data questions - Explain complex topics in a concise and articulate manner to the business and technology teams - Data project management including estimation, status reporting, and data documentation - Take end-to-end ownership of the data project during different phases (from data project initiation to implementation and maintenance) WHO WERE LOOKING FOR : The ideal candidate should have : - Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with Linux commands - Proficiency in MS Excel Ki Ability to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines - The aptitude to learn multiple functions and processes quickly - Excellent communication skills with the ability to compile clear and concise documentation - Good organizational skills - Experience with statistical analysis and data validations Experience in Python (R is preferred) Skills Must have : Python/ R, SQL, talend Qualifications : b.tech, M.tech Working Days : 5 Days a week Job Nature : Full Time
