Helical IT - Pentaho Developer - Business Intelligence (2-3 Yrs) Hyderabad (Systems/Product Software)

Job Description : - Having a strong Knowledge of Overall architecture of Open source BI tools like Pentaho BI - Experience on Open source BI (Pentaho) server, installation, configuration and troubleshooting - Experience on User Management in Open source BI (Pentaho) Server - Knowledge of report server (Pentaho) integration with web application - Experience in Pentaho Reports Server web services API and Pentaho Web service API - Design complex reports that include charts, images, subreports, crosstabs, and more using Pentaho Report designer - Experience in creating dashboards with visualizations - Experience in security and auditing, metadata layer - With respect to Pentaho Analyzer, Pentaho Dashboard Designer experience on creating Ad Hoc Reports, pixel-perfect reports, interactive reports, OLAP (Mondrain), Views, Domains - Deep understanding of report server (Pentaho) integration with web application - Strong knowledge of generating reports from different data sources like databases, CSV, excel etc - Advanced SQL (analytical functions) and/or MDX writing skills - Nice to have Java, Single sign on ( SSO), CAS, External DB authentication, D3 - Nice to have basic concepts of a data warehouse and data analysis - Nice to have Java application development related technologies Servlets, XML, JSP, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, Java script a plus. Job Specification : - BE, B.Tech/ MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject - 3-4 years of Experience
