TIBCO Developer - Java/Unix/SOA (6-12 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

Job Description Job Title : TIBCO Developer Grade :M Reporting to : Manager Production Support and Implementation Department NI Information Technology Job Purpose : 1. TIBCO Developer will be responsible for delivering and supporting activities related to TIBCO. 2. Engage in requirement consolidation and provide inputs on feasibility and end to end deliverables 3. Involve in the development, testing and implementation activities of TIBCO projects. 4. Liaise with TIBCO team members and ensure work allocation and timely delivery with no compromise on quality. 5. Assist and guide the production support team to close the issues in agreed TAT. Job Accountabilities : - A member of the Application development support Work Stream - Expertise on the TIBCO Application - Troubleshooting skills on TIBCO - Creating Implementation Plans - Liaise with TIBCO Production Support team and ensure proactive identification of issues, implementation of pre-emptive measures to prevent incident occurrence, regular maintenance activities and resolve issues within agreed TAT in line with SLA - Contributing to SIT and UAT planning - Working in partnership with other Work Streams - Investigating and resolving defect, issues and queries from the Client and other Work Streams Experience / Skills Required : Minimum Qualifications: Graduation or Masters Degree in IT, software development or equivalent. Minimum Experience: 6 Years in using Enterprise Application Integration and Service oriented Architecture tools like TIBCO.
-Strong knowledge on TIBCO tools ( TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Admin and TIBCO ADB Adapter) - Expertise in Code reviews, making the reusable Component and maintain the quality of Documentation with respective of Client - Trouble shooting and incident management for the production issues.
-Strong knowledge in Development and integrated components of SOA based implementations, using TIBCO BW - A solid understanding of all phases of the EAI/SOA based project approach right from requirements gathering till post implementation support - Strong knowledge on UNIX and Shell scripting - Strong knowledge on Java and Oracle.
