JD : 1. Must be able to build and lead a team and deliver results. 2. Must have good knowledge of technical terminology and be able to read contractual agreements. 3. Must have excellent communication skills- should be a good listener. 4. Must be able to deal with stress. 5. Must have good writing skills. 6. Must be diplomatic and have good problem solving skills. 7. Must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate problems/issues effectively and concisely to different audience to achieve the solution. 8. Must be customer focused. 9. Must have atleast L1/L2 knowledge on IT Infrastructure products- server, storage, networking and basics of laptop, desktop and printers and should have knowledge on atleast one OS, Microsoft or Linux. 10. Must have about 8-10 years of experience in IT services industry. 11. Ensure systems, process and methodologies are set where needed and others followed to ensure good service delivery. 12. Responsible for productivity, profitability, work environment, safety and operational compliance. 13. Responsible for planning, assigning tasks, performance appraisal, addressing complaints, resolving problems, rewarding and disciplining engineers.
