JD : 1. Lead and manage multiple technology (Primarily MS Technology) and delivery team. 2. Provide leadership, vision and direction to the software delivery organization to ensure it will contribute to the company achieving its goals 3. Work with senior management to develop overall delivery strategy in the context of the business strategy 4. Drive recruiting strategies, employee onboarding programs and retention processes for top talent 5. Direct responsibility for application delivery, application support, resourcing and recruitment for one of the delivery centres 6. Manage team leadership in a manner that provides the necessary focus on daily responsibilities, project work and strategy development 7. Provide thought leadership in development organization structure and alignment 8. Coach team members and peers on issues such as resource conflicts, communication gaps, leadership development, in order to enhance the quality of your management team 9. Advocate innovative approaches to solutions and to the application delivery process itself to advance the competitive advantage 10. Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization 11. Be the brand ambassador of company, both internally as well as in the IT industry and related forums
