Ekincare - Engineering Manager - Ruby On Rails/Javascript (8-11 Yrs) Hyderabad (Online/Mobile/Web)

Responsibilities : - You will Lead a team of front-end and back-end developers in day-to-day operations to deliver the product with great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
-Drive the product development by conducting daily stand-ups, and remove roadblocks to progress.
-Work closely with engineers, conduct their 1:1s, understand their requirements and facilitate an environment where each engineer is happy and productive.
-Work with design product management, operation teams and help them in getting relevant inputs from the engineering team.
-Ensure delivery of quality releases, setup and drive best practices.
-Encourage open communication, help others, share knowledge grow together.
-Grow and mentor the engineering team.
-Be responsible for product metrics and drive them in the team. Requirements : - B.Tech/M.Tech in CS or equivalent from IITs, NITs, BITS(preferable).
-Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, Javascript ES6, HTML5/CSS3, VueJS, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Sidekiq, Redis, AWS, Docker .
-8 years of experience in engineering roles(Design/Architecture, Development).
-2 years of experience as people/engineering manager in growing engineering teams.
-Technically Hands-on, managing team of engineers, and coaching mentoring and helping them grow.
-Experience working with Product Managers and UX Designers.
-Strong written/verbal communication skills.
-Excellent people manager.
-Strong in building relationships and collaborate with others.
-Devops experience in production Cloud(AWS/Azure).
