Function Description : Purpose of the Role : - This role entails building, enhancing and supporting capabilities associated with Investment Submission, Valuation and Reporting in TM1. It involves actively supporting multiple stakeholders (finance users, marketing teams and data providers from EDA organization) to assist with key AXP Investment Management processes including Annual Plan, monthly ROs and unfunded : - Manage multiple financial processes including one or more elements of Reporting, Planning Forecasting, Long Range Plan, Investment Optimisation etc by leveraging IBM Cognos TM1 platform and capabilities.
-Assist in Designing, building and implementation of new financial processes / enrichment or customisation of existing processes by offering optimum solutions leveraging IBM Cognos TM1 platform and capabilities. -Consistently improve current financial processes vide automation, enhanced controls etc by adopting best practices and new capabilities.
-Contribute to the assessment and improvement of impact of all processes to the platform / server.
-Consistently look for opportunities to drive value to customers by leveraging existing and new capabilities.
-Independently handle customers and their expectations around multiple aspects including on-going support, enhancement, new solutions.
-Training Troubleshooting for both team members and business partners - Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and : Critical Factors to Success : Past Experience : At least 4 years of work experience in technology projects, with 1-2 years of TM1 development and support experience Academic Background : B.Tech, BCA, MCA or equivalent professional experience Functional Skills/Capabilities : - Project experience, of designing, building, managing technology solutions for finance processes particularly IBM Cognos TM1 with emphasis on problem solving, data integrity and automation.
