Member Of Technical Staff - Backend Development - Python/Java (3-10 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

About the company: A US-based company, headquartered in San Francisco. They are a product based company, run by Ivy League grads for the last 5 years. They are the only Alliance Relationship Management Network to automate report on joint sales, marketing, solution initiatives. They are a privately held company backed by Mayfield, is currently in use by global enterprises including Intel, SAP, HP, Infosys, Lenovo. They are building the team in Bangalore for the India office. The total headcount is 80 out of which 5 people sit out in India office and they are looking to grow to their headcount in India to 40, as hiring is taking place at pace.
-As an engineering team member, youll design and develop software for the companys Applications and software infrastructure.
-Youll work closely with product architects, product managers, and engineering teams to develop new software, APIs, data models. Youll create flexible, reusable software components that let us build functionality quickly and easily. Skills and Qualifications - Deep knowledge in web application development (i.e., prior experience building large scale web applications) - For the backend-focused role, have a deep understanding of a server-side programming language such as Python / Java / C#.
-Experience in web application performance tuning - Experience in web security (XSS, CSRF, etc) - Experience maintaining large and growing code bases in a fast-moving environment is a plus.
-Interest in staying current with new and evolving cloud technologies.
-Experience of working with HTML5, JSON, AngularJS, Rest APIs for developing applications is a plus.
