HealthKart - AVP/VP/Head - Product Management - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB (10-15 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Systems/Product Software)

Heathkart is hiring for AVP/VP - Products, who is consumer obsessed, is technology savvy and dares to imagine new future of health & fitness landscape in India. He will drive our talented team of product managers, UX designers and data science to define and evolve omni-channel technology products to offer best-in-class experience to fitness enthusiasts across India.
-He/She must have 10 years of professional experience of building and scaling product teams of consumer technology companies.
-He/She should have wide experience of working closely with or at CXO-level to drive strategic business agendas and own business outcomes.
-Must be from premium engineering or MBA institutes (IIT / IIM or similar) and have few years of experience of working in startups (being an ex-entrepreneur is highly desired). He/She must possess below traits to succeed at Healthkart : a. Consumer Obsessed: Should have a mindset to empathise with the consumer and understand his deep-rooted notions, behaviours and aspirations. He must have extensive experience of driving business insights by using consumer research, conducting usability tests and deploying A/B methodologies. b. Data Inclination: Healthkart is a highly analytical and data-driven environment where most business decisions are taken based on data insights. This role mandatorily requires driving culture data-driven product innovation i) Define key success metrics for the products or features, ii) Deploying right set of tools for data collection, normalisation and reporting, iii) Evaluating key results and drive business insights and iv) iterating and fail-fast to reach desired business outcomes c. Technology Focus : Ideal candidate would have good exposure to build consumer technology products. He should be abreast with latest technology trends such as Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, IoT, AR / VR etc. Must possess independent view on how changing technology landscape can impact our business and how we can apply trends to our business benefit d. User Experience Design : Must have worked with usability experts to develop world-class user experience - easy for users to adapt and simple functionalities e. Product Strategy & Execution : Should have strategic bent and possess independent product vision for the organisation, yet should be collaborative to thrive in highly competitive and conflicting idealogical environment. He must understand Healthkarts omni-channel ambitions and should be able to imagine new-age online and store experiences f. Act Fast : Healthkart has grown very fast (almost at 50% CAGR) to be Indias first and largest online nutrition company. It still maintains its DNA of fail-fast with one value - ACT FAST.
