Responsibilities & Key Result Areas : Main Accountabilities : - Responsible of the delivery of the project - Internal and external customer relationship is key - Create and maintain Project Management Plan - Assure that project milestones are met - Provide feedback to management and the responsible program manager - Anticipate problems and provide solutions - Maintain program dashboards to ensure clear reporting to top management - Ensure dependencies and risks are identified, qualified and tracked (risk register) - Plan, lead and minute recurrent or ad-hoc meetings required by the projects and program (Steering, Core team, Governance Board, workshops - ) - Ensure follow-up of actions and key decisions - Manage projects deviations (schedule, scope, cost) by applying the change management process - Provide project reporting based on defined relevant KPIs to all and top management (2) Competencies - Technical / Functional and Managerial : Functional Skills : - Functional knowledge of Project Management tools - General knowledge of Amadeus business, processes, product portfolio and functionality Soft Skill : - Pro-activity, initiative, and autonomy.

(3) Level of interaction - External & Internal : Internal: Interface and interaction with all levels in the organization in particular BLR and other sites (If required). (4) Education and Years of Experience : Education : BE/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M. Sc/M. Tech (Computer Science or Engineering degree) Experience : 9 - 12 YEARS - Proven experience in Amadeus project management (For internal position) - Significant experience from large transversal projects is a plus.
