Linux Technical Support Engineer - CentOS/Red Hat (1-3 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Systems/Product Software)

JD : - Responsible for the configuration and day to day operation of all managed Linux Server environments ( Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS) - Ensure systems/application/environment security, availability, reliability, and data integrity with no unplanned downtime to production infrastructure.
-Maintain and manage environments at appropriate, supported levels of operating systems, patches, firmware and code levels.
-1 to 3 years of Linux Red Hat Administration Experience with VI and shell scripting or programming in various shells - Configure system-level services including Send mail, SNMP, Syslog, NTP, DNS, DHCP System level services, SSH, Samba, NTP.
-Strong understanding of System Administration, Installation, Upgrading, Patches, Migration, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Security and Disaster Recovery.
-Understanding of ports and VLANs on network switches, firewalls.
-Experience with monitoring tools such as OpenNMS or Nagios, cacti.
-Good understating and basic installation of Perl, Python, PHP, HTML, and Bash scripting - Improving processes to reduce/eliminate downtime and increase the scope of work. Find out the best technical way of work done.
-Ability to quickly identify and resolve configuration errors.
-Ability to adapt and improvise in time-sensitive situations.
-Web technology knowledge for products such as Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, - Process knowledge for change management and incident management.
-Ability to Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
-Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues.
-Good Communicators over the phone.
-Should be able to work in 24x7 support 5 day working - Shift rotational
