.Net Lead Architect - MySQL/C# (8-15 Yrs) Karnataka/Mangalore (Systems/Product Software)

Our platform uses proprietary artificial intelligence technology to offer the only truly fiduciary financial advice by using our neural networks to analyze over 2 million points per user, help them make the most important financial decisions effortlessly and confidently Who are we looking for? - As the Company is starting a new office in India, we need passionate self-starters to help shape and execute our strategy over the coming years. We are looking for a Lead Software Architect who has demonstrated very strong analytical skills and expertise in creating scalable, high availability, and flexible software solutions.
-You will be working alongside business stakeholders and have ownership for the complete lifecycle of the product - from understanding product requirements to translating them into high quality production ready software.
-As a team lead, you will be responsible for building and mentoring your team. You should also be comfortable working in an onsite/offshore model that practices agile methodologies and be able to realize the product vision with minimal oversight. Preferred Skills : - C# .NET, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, ORM frameworks, OOP, - Microservice, Design Patterns, REST, CI/CD processes, Agile Scrum, Docker, Jenkins, - ETL process, PostgreSQL, Linux, AWS, Azure, ESB. What You Will Be Doing : - Collaborate and work closely with business stakeholders on the complete SDLC - understanding requirements, design and architect software, develop, formulate testing and devops strategies.
-Should be a hands-on developer who documents and delivers high quality, scalable software applying Agile development principles.
-Help define and apply the software development process (coding conventions, peer code reviews, code coverage, CI/CD).
-Take ownership and identify roadblocks and escalate issues early.
-Work with the QA and devops teams to ensure smooth product releases.
-Lead and mentor junior team members.
-Flexibility to work with US development team(s).
-Help build and scale the development team as the organization grows. What You Need for this Position : - Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
-10 or more years of hands-on coding experience in C# .NET or similar language.
-3 years of experience designing and architecting solutions.
-Experience building software by applying Object Oriented Analysis & Design and Design Patterns.
-Hands-on knowledge of designing and building Microservices based solutions.
-Experience implementing RESTful API development and CI/CD.
-Experience in Agile development & Scrum methodologies.
-Demonstrated ability to work on large-scale, distributed, scalable, highly available systems in structured and framework based architectures.
-Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
-Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills is a must.
-Experience with .NET Core, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, and Docker is preferred.
-Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or Azure), Linux, and automation testing frameworks is preferred.
