Application Support Executive - MySQL/JBOSS (1-3 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Others)

Skills : - Strong Problem Solving Troubleshooting skills - Troubleshooting knowledge on MYSQL Database, SQL query (must have) - Troubleshooting knowledge on OS related issue especially Linux (must have) - Knowledge of Jboss/apache (must have) - Keen attention to details possibility to identify potential issues/gaps in the running applications - Perform data analysis, troubleshoot correct application data anomalies - Knowledge of AWS, S3 will be added advantage. General : - B.Tech/MCA in computer science or equivalent with 1-3 years of Experience in Application Technical Support (L1, L2, etc) - Knowledge of Tech Support processes and Service Operation models - Experience in independently running support cases for ongoing incidents - Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills - Self-starter and good decision-making skills - Quick learner of New Applications.
-Monitor and manage various applications.
-Flexible to work in Shifts and 6 days working - Adhere to SLA management, recording/tracking of SLA - Ability to build some automated scripts to identify inform stakeholders about exceptional application scenario.
