Functional Analyst - Applicant Tracking System (3-6 Yrs) Hyderabad (Others)

Job Description : - If you have a strong knowledge of staffing/ recruiting operations and enjoy technical work, analysis, reporting, improving processes and acting as an ATS super user, this position might be the right fit for you - As a Functional Analyst you will be responsible for supporting ongoing staffing business needs related to the ATS. You will document the system requirements, prepare reports, analyze data and metrics, present findings, and provide project support. Scope of Work : - Includes technical and business aspects of ATS development and its functional area. Need to be a self-starter and a quick learner.
-Acts as a technical subject matter expert and liaison to the staffing departments outside ATS software department.
-Assists with keeping leaders informed of results, outcomes and impediments. Consults and advises groups to make informed decisions. Responsibilities : - Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement - Enhance opportunities by identifying new functionalities/services to be developed - Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions - Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation - Work proactively with the users and ATS staff to identify business requirements and to architect and implement solutions - Meet with end users regularly to address their feedback and issues - Analyze, triage and decompose the user feedback into bugs, change requests, enhancements or new requirements - Document the requirements, create functional specifications, prepare wire frames/flowcharts and communicate the functional specifications to the development team - Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement new functionalities and processes to meet user needs - Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications - Test and validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications - Assist with system integration with the goals of reducing data redundancy/duplicate data entry, security, and improving user satisfaction.
-Act as liaison with any ATS vendor for issues, enhancements, upgrades, & troubleshooting.
-Provide support and maintenance of Applicant Tracking system.
-Facilitate change and configuration management - Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions.
-Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports - Generate ongoing and ad hoc reports for staffing/ recruiting team.
-Use recruiting workflow expertise to make appropriate business recommendations as they relate to technology.
