Storage Administrator - EMC/Cisco (4-10 Yrs) Hyderabad (Others)

We have an opening with our company for Hyderabad. Role - Storage Admin Exp - 4 to 10 Years Skills - Storage Admin EMC, Vmax,DMX. Job Description - Work with the Vendors (EMC / CISCO) for SAN related issues.
-Must get involved in Incident Management, Release Management, Change Management and Root Cause analysis whenever required.
-Meet the delivery standards as per the agreement that includes quality of deliverables, documentation - Status communication and timely reporting - Interact with server/Data Base teams and other infrastructure teams - Maintain support records such as incident resolutions - Communicate the storage provisioning details to end users and stake holder - Generate Storage Audit report and communicate to Customers - Understanding of functional requirements and translation of business requirements into technical specifications - On call support and Weekend Support - Proactively identify problem situations and resolve to give maximum customer satisfaction - Escalation used only where necessary, appropriate measures are taken to improve and sustain high quality and prevent recurrence.
-Demonstrate analytical and problem management skills - Must be able to perform well as a member of a larger team.
-Ability to establish mutual expectations with clients is required. Ensuring that the processes are adhered to - Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) are critical for success in this job.
