Job Description - - Provide guidance and coaching to Business teams and Local Markets on the Enterprise IT/IS Processes, recommend solutions and implement suggestions to drive efficiencies - Engage with Internal and External auditors to deliver quality information regarding Information Security Technology processes - Respond to changes in the regulatory environment and assisting other organizations in doing the same - Making recommendations to enhance information security, including processes, procedures, governance approaches, and compliance - Partner with Control and Compliance peers who lead and manage engagements with Internal/External Auditors as well as Regulatory Examiners - Increase your technical knowledge of Information Security to strengthen our ability to respond to Auditors and Examiners inquiries - Be a thought leader and visionary force for the team - Build and leverage lasting relationships with key stakeholders to build sustainable working relationships to strengthen the Audit, Exam Compliance footprint and understanding across the globe - Deliver on the Strategic Objectives set forth for the Audit Exam team - Serve as a mentor and information steward for other team : - 3 years Technical Operational Experience within Information Security Organization with emphasis on Network Security, Vulnerability Management and Distributed Security - Experience working with internal and external auditors and regulatory examiners in a corporate global organization - Experience in leading a group without direct authority - 5 years of Project or Program Management experience - Must have knowledge risk management disciplines; security policies and standards; security awareness; IS risk management controls; 3rd party / vendor management - Ability to represent Information Security teams with Audit and the expertise to know when to engage the Subject Matter Experts - Experience with IT risk management and process improvement - Proven experience implementing and rolling out key initiatives and tools - Strong interpersonal skills to work with varied constituencies and drive results without direct authority - Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written, as well as presentation skills - Advanced MS Excel skill for gathering and compiling data - In depth understanding of controls and compliance - Demonstrated knowledge across multiple business and technical environments, covering a large range of business functions and capabilities - Proven ability to work with and across all levels of the organization - Demonstrated problem-solving skills - Articulate individual with a strong presence and ability to influence - Self Driven individual with ability to deliver as a group and as an individual contributor - Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task.
