Android Developer - SDK/MVC (3-7 Yrs) Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram (Online/Mobile/Web)

Description : - Leads native Android app development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to convert ideas, designs, and requirements into concrete, stable production builds - Designs and oversees solutions for specific use cases that provide frameworks, interfaces, and services that can be extended and reused for future requirements - Influences and mentors peers - Works with product, project, and engineering teams to deliver products on schedule that solve our customers- problems - Collaborates with Engineering and QA to resolve bugs - Develops and communicates technical processes, standards, and best practices to the team - Ability to juggle priorities and work well under tight deadlines Required Technical Skills : - 3-4 years of mobile development experience - Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
-Knowledge of multi-threaded, asynchronous code - Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices.
-Experience with animation, and implementing user interface designs - Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC and MVVM - Experienced in Client server programming (RESTful APIs / GraphQL) to connect Android applications to back-end services.
-Proficient in using code versioning tools, such as Git.
-Skilled at writing Unit and Automation tests - B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical knowledge Desired Technical Skills : - Thorough understanding of the Android Studio and Gradle - Expert understanding of the Android System APIs, Firebase Services, Google Map Services, Android app lifecycle - Knowledge of open-source and commercial libraries commonly used in the Android ecosystem Required Soft Skills : - A team player who values collaboration, innovation, and inclusion - Interested in keeping up-to-date with the latest technological developments - Comfortable working in an Agile environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills
