Quality Analyst Location: Mumbai Function : Technology - IT Systems Job Description : Job Responsibilities : - A graduate/higher degree in Computer science stream.
-0-3 years of Software Testing Experience.
-Good oral and written communication skills.
-Strong Understanding of SDLC and the role of a QA Analyst.
-Strong Understanding of software testing techniques and tools.
-Strong Understanding of Test design, Test execution, and defect lifecycle.
-Strong Understanding of web-based application and architecture.
-A proven track record testing user interfaces, API and everything downward(Manual testing preferred) - Should be comfortable with SQL.
-Good data analysis skills resulting in timely decision making.
-Demonstrates excellent process, documentation, team participation, and problem-solving skills.
-Able to work independently with little help, be self-motivated and be passionate about software testing.
-Perform hands-on testing of APIs /services/microservices/ REST API Testing, Performance/Load testing - Report software defects in a detailed and efficient manner - Work with development teams on the quicker resolution of module/component defects Required Skills : - 0-3 years of overall relevant experience in Manual Database Testing - Good exposure and knowledge of APIs /services/microservices/ REST API Testing - Good hands-on technical skills - Prior experience of service API testing tools like Postman/ARC - Should have prior knowledge of web technologies - Should to be proficient in one scripting language at least - Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities - Good communications skills - Self-starter, Independent thinker but a good Team player - Must have basic command on Linux OS Preferred Skills : - Experience in Selenium Webdriver Python - Knowledge of AWS Cloud - Prior experience of any performance testing tool - Prior experience of any networking concepts - ISTQB certification will be an added advantage Qualification : BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.tech
