Ruby On Rails Developer - REST/XML Webservices (5-8 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

Responsibilities : - Contribute to the analysis, design development of features as a strong individual contributor.
-Understand requirements, understand existing features, design and architect solutions.
-Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable ROR code.
-Develop and Integrate user-facing elements with server. Required Technical Skills : - Strong Middle ware Experience in REST / XML Web services - Strong Experience in CSS, Object oriented JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX - Strong Experience in Database SQL Queries in Oracle / PostgreSQL / My SQL - Mandatory to have Linux, Shell Scripts experience.
-Experience in Maven, SVN, Git - Experience in XML, JSON - Basic knowledge of networking concepts. Other skills : - 5 years of experience.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
-Quick learner and self-starter who thrives in an environment of change. Education : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering from a reputed engineering college. Job Location : Bangalore, India
