Techmind Softwares - Solutions Engineer - Cloud Applications (3-5 Yrs) Punjab (Systems/Product Software)

JD : 1. Providing virtual and on-site support for cloud applications, software and processes for external customers 2. Deployment and implementation of marketing automation tools on cloud platforms not limited to Oracle Eloqua, Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo and Hubspot. 3. Create maintain technical specifications pertaining to design, configuration integration and maintenance of marketing automation tools 4. Ability to advise and recommend marketing automation tool based on client requirements 5. Provide technical support to clients or users of existing cloud applications 6. Development of simple integration components (Visual Studio, .Net, PL/SQL developer, C, C , COM object-based interfaces, Web interfaces, XML, Soap, etc.) 7. Understanding Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Social Cloud technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful solution to any product issue. 8. Identifying customer needs based on campaign objective and recommend best solution to configure 9. Develop specialties in data management, scripting languages, API and/or integrations 10. Serve as a technical liaison to internal teams and external customers 11. Execute configurations/development activities per assigned work orders Requirement(s) : 1. Bachelors degree (Computer Information Systems, or similar degree preferred) 2. Proficient with HTML, XML, SQL and JavaScript or other front - end scripting languages 3. Proficient with programming languages such as JAVA, PHP, Ruby, C , Visual Basic, .NET is an advantage 4. Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills who can respond positively to changing priorities 5. Certifications in Marketing automation tools are an added advantage 6. Experience should be 3 - 5 Years.
