DevOps Engineer - Azure Platform (5-8 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated DevOps engineer to join their growing software development team. This is a unique opportunity to assist in building a modern application platform to support firms critical business processes.
-Candidate must have strong hands-on technical expertise in modern cloud/devops frameworks - Microsoft Azure.
-Must have experience in continuous integration practices and background in leading strong software development teams. Note : Financial Services Domain Knowledge a must have Roles Responsibilities : - Evaluate/implement/maintain software build processes automation tools to support software product development.
-Instrument infrastructure and applications/services with monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing tools.
-Participate in on-call rotation, drive incident resolution, live troubleshooting and impact mitigation.
-Lead and Maintain discipline around build and release operations, best-practices, and protocols across the entire development team - Run and Maintain different Product environments (dev, staging, sandbox, production).
-Responsible for scripting and programming to deploy and operate our production systems - Help architect, build, and deploy secure infrastructure in support of Dispatch Dev teams including standards for Docker environments, load balancers, and Kubernetes Cluster.
-Monitor ticketing system for reported issues and assist development groups in the timely resolution of opened tickets.
-Standardize and document development and deployment operations and methods. Qualifications Experience : - BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical training and professional work experience.
-5 Years of DevOPS experience deploying and maintaining global multi-tiered infrastructure and web applications - Experience around cloud native based on Azure.
-Experience with installation, configuration and management of log collection and aggregation tools like Splunk and ELK, creating dashboards and configuring alerts with tools like PagerDuty, Jira, Hipchat, Slack.
-Experience with deployment of platform services like Kafka, Elasticsearch, and databases like Oracle and Cassandra - Hands-on scripting and coding with Python, Shell, Perl, Ruby, PHP - Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, GitHub, Stash, SVN, Jenkins, Bamboo, Nexus, Maven, Artifactory, etc.
-Strong command of configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, etc. in a large scale environment.
-Experience using system and application monitoring using tools like Nagios, AppDynamics, New Relic - Experience with metrics collection and charting using tools like CollectD, StatsD, Graphite, Grafana, Prometheus - Experience with Docker, microservices and container based deployment and service orchestration using Docker Swarm, Kubernetes or Mesos/Marathon - Good Windows administration, Linux system administrator skills and TCP/IP network fundamentals - Investment/Capital Market Experience a big plus.
