OSIsoft PI Consultant - .Net/.C# (5-15 Yrs) Pune (Systems/Product Software)

Role : OSISoft PI, OSISoft Product Description : 1. Engineer with wide experience in implementing and supporting the PI system. 2. A recognized expert in PI and all its applications/components 3. Strong knowledge and experience with the following OSIsoft products: 3.1 Data Archive and PI Analysis Framework - updated with the latest release 3.2 Managing and troubleshooting issues with PI Systems 3.3 Depth understanding of PI analysis services (calculations and event frames) and asset hierarchy framework 3.4 Understanding and managing PI interfaces like PI OPC, PI RDBMS, PI ODBC and PI tags 3.5 PI clients such as Pi Process Book, Pi datalink and PI Coresight/PI Vision 3.6 Ability to write complex calculations either in PI ACE/windows service(dotnet) 4. Ability to prepare design document and functional requirement specification 5. Good understanding of networks, telecommunication and various DCS SCADA components. Required skills : Must-Have : - Worked on the OSIsoft PI system (PI server, PI HA, PI AF) - Done Installation of PI system and PI client tools like PI Process Book and PI Data link - Worked on one of the PI interface preferably PI OPC interface - Resolved technical queries - Familiar with PI system daily health check and sub modules of PI system Good-to-Have : - Microsoft Sharepoint 2010, - Worked on Web services, PI SDK functionality - Language: C#.Net, VB.Net, VBA, VB Script, Excel Macros - Database: Oracle, SQL, SQL Scripts / Query writing - High level understanding of Oil and Gas Production domain is preferred Sivakumar Vedachalam SP Staffing Services Mobile: 91 8523979171
