Technology Manager - Software Architecture - Fintech (6-10 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

Our clients are a Fintech company, into Risk Solutions providing some of the large banks in India with Early Warning Platform for Risk and Credit is looking for Technology Manager for its office in Andheri, Mumbai.
-The Technology Manager has 6-8 years of experience in leading and managing complex technology solutions, and is responsible for establishing the technical and architectural vision of the suite of products, Additionally, they have advanced communication skills enabling them to collaborate with Sr management team (heads of analytics, product, data and research teams) in leading both in-house and outsourced development teams in delivering technological solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities : 1. Collaborate with the executive team to assess, recommend and implement technologies in support of company needs. 2. Strong leadership and management skills, able to manage, build and grow a top-flight technology team and oversee research and development. 3. Anticipate and react promptly to major technology changes and trends, and agility to identify and then deliver the benefit of technical innovation. 4. Ensure code reviews are done on a regular basis and maintain a time-todelivery driven development environment. 5. Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including automation, integration and system testing. 6. Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements Skills : - Strong development background, with a keen interest and/or prior experience in the banking industry, Start-up mentality / behaviours - happy to roll up sleeves, Desire to grow career with an early-stage fintech start-up, - Experience in software architecting, - Experience with Big Data Analytics and Open Source stack, - Ability to understand and develop technologies around current and emerging machine learning/artificial intelligence systems, - Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology, - Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
