ICF - IT Manager - System Administration (5-8 Yrs) Delhi NCR (Systems/Product Software)

1. Background : A not-for-profit organization (www.indiacenterfoundation.org), instituted with a vision of contributing towards Indias nation-building process is looking for a self-driven and motivated candidate with a zeal for missionary activities.
-With a determination to contribute towards the mission and vision of the Foundation, the candidate shall work as an IT Manager.
-The candidate is expected to have leadership qualities and must have the caliber to set-up IT Infrastructure of the Foundation globally, while effectively managing and handling the existing ones.
-Candidates understanding of the Foundations missionary work is a must and shall execute works to achieve its mission through their contributions in the IT Department. 2. Terms of Responsibilities : IT Infrastructure Management : - Administer and maintain servers and installed applications; - Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups; - Ensure proper operation of mailing applications and provide technical support to the users; - Ensure Antivirus definition and Security patches are updated in all Server/Desktop Laptop to prevent any virus/spyware infection; - Manage users, computer, domains group policy; implement effective policy to deduct potential security breaches and make corrections; - Perform daily, weekly, and monthly backup to maintain high level of availability of Data, and ensure high recoverability of the data in the event of loss or disaster; - Perform the monitoring of proper synchronization of DR site servers; and - Coordinate with others for operational support and share knowledge. Vendor Management : - Establish and manage vendor relationships through contracts to reduce downtime and improved services; - Process vendor invoice in define payment cycle and committed payment term to ensure uninterrupted services; - Monitor service provider for service delivery for their agreed SLA; and - Maintain list and condition of office equipment. IS/IT Security Governance : - Enforce ensure the IS/IT security across the locations. Responsible for internal control effectiveness monitoring for the processes in the domain of job responsibility; and - Report regularly on availability, performance, issues, costs and budgets to Manager-Infrastructure. To ensure license compliance for OS Software. Upon selection and joining of the candidate, s/he must be comfortable to prepare their own working manual, which once approved shall be followed sincerely. Key Requirements : - An experienced System Administrator; - Familiarity and experience of working with Linux, Windows, and Apple; - Knowledge of Tom Cat and Apache; - At least 5 years of experience; - Cyber Security solutions; and - Experienced in web-hosting
