ShoeKonnect - Lead Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing/Selenium (7-13 Yrs) Delhi (Online/Mobile/Web)

Job Description : - You will be working with a high performance team of 10 engineering team members working on different technologies.
-You will be managing quality of backend, front end, mobile app and APIs - You will be guiding the team on quality, processes and test documentation - Monitor the delivery and ensure timely completion of projects - Setup processes to improve the teams efficiency and output quality.
-Interact with the top management, product team and other key stakeholders to define the product requirements and timelines.
-Forster innovation and learning among team mates to keep the team updated in terms of technical knowledge.
-Actively communicate with business and ops teams to keep them updated with new developments and also understand their issues. Qualifications : - Must have a Professional Degree from a reputed institute - 8 years of experience working in the field of quality assurance.
-Must have knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
-Should have knowledge of browsers and user interface design techniques.
-Should be well versed in all aspects of Test Automation like functional, performance, stress testing, etc. using tools and frameworks such as Selenium IDE/Web-Driver, JMeter etc.
-Should have knowledge of working with databases and writing queries.
-Should have experience in testing mobile apps and devices.
-Should have experience in testing responsive websites.
-Should have experience in working on distributed and scalable systems.
-Well versed with internet technologies and infrastructure.
-Works independently under minimal direction with strong work ethics.
-Should have experience in leading a team of 5 QA Engineers in the past - Should have experience in co-ordinating with product and development teams for delivery - Good to have experience in testing online payment systems (PCI compliance etc.) - Good to have knowledge of testing APIs for Mobile Apps and working with mobile development teams - Good to have experience of Agile methodology - A confident, self-starter, team player with drive, enthusiasm.
