Linux System Engineer - Troubleshooting (3-11 Yrs) Bangalore (Others)

You will be Responsible for : - Support the core backend / internal facing IT infrastructure, which includes development teams.
-Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems relating to systems and applications.
-Perform maintenance/upgrades to applications and systems.
-Deploy technologies while adhering to best practices.
-Perform tuning of servers and services.
-Automate internal processes and procedures.
-Follow incident, problem, crisis, and change management processes.
-Work with IT teams to assist in supporting enterprise IT infrastructure. You will have the skills : Functional : - Experience installing, configuring, and managing Red Hat Linux.
-Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
-Experience with common monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, etc.).
-Able to write scripts and/or programs using an administrative language (Bash, Perl, Python, etc) - Familiar with fundamental computer science concepts.
-Good knowledge of network protocols, such as IP, ARP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, NTP, SNMP, etc.
-Able to document team policies and procedures if they do not already exist.
-Participate in rotating on-call duties.
