Lead Application Developer ( AVP) Required skills C , Multi-threaded code, boost library (ideally v1.51) and C 11 language constructs, Role Responsibilities : - Agile development using C and Visual Studio 2010 and 2015, .Net v4.6 - Producing SOLID code with excellent test coverage - Delivering solutions within a DevOps environment with a relentless focus on automation of testing and deployment via TeamCity and Wolf External Test Client framework - Full participation in Kanban software delivery process backed by Jira/Git/Bitbucket tooling with strong emphasis on code reviews and team collaboration - Effective problem solving and application of appropriate algorithm to coding task at hand Essential Skills Required : Qualification / Education : Bachelors degree in a Computer Science, Mathematics or Scientific discipline from a top university Skills / Experience : - C# .Net experience covering - Server side development - Multi-threaded code - Boost library (ideally v1.51) and C 11 language constructs - Service Oriented Architecture - T-SQL development experience for SQL Server 2012 - Strong appreciations of SOLID design principles and its effective application in practice - Excellent problem solving skills - Experience building credit risk system in another bank or financial software house - Effective application of Automation / DevOps best practises - Agile development process (preferably Scrum/Kanban) - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills - Providing support and resolving issues for systems in production - Cross-region teams and projects Desirable Skills : - Development in scripting language such as Python/Powershell - XML, XSLT, JSON data format / technologies - Legacy code refactoring techniques - Service Oriented Architecture using Solace - Ability to work directly with Product Owner and translate stories into fully functional delivery
