Decision Analyst - ETL/Talend/Business Intelligence (3-5 Yrs) Chennai (Systems/Product Software)

Responsibilities - Understanding the business rules completely based on high level document specifications and implementations - Develop ETL Packages efficiently and write customized transformational scripts to perform complex tasks.
-Analyze requirements and data model and prepare mappings document - Prepare detail technical design document, unit test cases and capture test results - Develop and implement technical best practices for data movement, data quality, data cleansing, and other ETL-related activities.
-Ticket handling and problem ticket analysis skills.
-Analyze and fix data issues raised by business. Candidate Profile : - 3-5 yrs of work experience in ETL - Strong skills in ETL designing and development preferably in Talend.
-Experience in Complex SQL writing skills including optimizing queries - Good hands on knowledge and working experience on the advanced Talend components.
-Good knowledge in UNIX Shell scripting - Strong understanding of the DW architecture, design, development and deployment of BI Systems - Should be able to provide solution and help to the junior developers in the team on technology Add on : - Extensively worked in developing ETL program for supporting Data Migration, transformations and loading using Talend open studio 6.4.
