Purpose of the Job : Leading a team for design, development and testing of IT applications using Java Roles Responsibilities : 1. Capture the user requirements and documenting them. 2. Design and development of applications in line with user requirements 3. Involve in estimating, planning, reviews, demos and testing. 4. Willing to travel on need basis 5. Ensure adherence to the Safety, Quality Standards, Policies Procedures of the Company 6. Handling any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting Authority Experience Expertise : 1, 4-7 years of relevant experience in software architecture, software development, software testing and team management. 2. Hands on experience on Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Hibernate, Spring, Ajax, Web Services, SQL. 3. Angular and JavaFX knowledge is preferable 4. Experience in building web as well as stand alone (Desktop) application development. 5. Good experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, documentation, automated build, continuous integration, metrics, and code reviews. 6. Very good understanding and application knowledge of OOD principles and Design patterns. 7. Experience in working with Agile Scrum methodology.
