Strategic Design Lead - Service/User Experience Design (4-7 Yrs) Bangalore (UI/UX/Product)

Were looking for a Strategic Design Lead with a record of doing and managing design projects with an in-depth knowledge of Research, Service design and UserExperience design along with an appreciation of UI design.
-Should have experience in creating and shaping design teams along with managing and coaching designers across the different disciplines. Should be able to plan, manage and execute a course of work, be highly independent, confident in their abilities and flexible enough to adapt to a fluid project landscape. Any experience in the oil gas industry would be beneficial but not mandatory. Responsibilities Deliverable s may include : - To evaluate new projects and shape the course of work - To interface with business stakeholders and champion the hub as well as the design and innovation proposition and methodology.
-To direct and help service and UX designers create artefacts such as user journeys, service blueprints backlogs and stakeholder maps. (this role is more managerial/strategic role, but the candidate should be hands on enough so as to lead by example) - Design and run collaborative and co-design workshops with internal teams and customers to define opportunities and idea generation - Knowledge of lean innovation and running of this type of project General abilities : - Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen interest in new ways of working, models and theories.
-Appreciate the impact of incremental and disruptive ideas/innovation on the wider business case.
-Have experience in agile projects and an understanding of what agile is - Have an understanding of the impact of service solutions on technology build - Communicate work visually/diagrammatically as well as through the written word (Adobe Creative Suite experience expected) Working closely with: The design team, Innovation Analysts, Head of Design Innovation, Product Owners, Hub Lead.
