Mobile Developer/Lead - Xamarin/Phonegap (6-15 Yrs) Mumbai (Online/Mobile/Web)

-Ensure timely delivery of assigned work - Ensure quality of the deliverable for the work assigned - Escalate and resolve timely, the technical and module related issues to the senior - Analyze and evaluate user needs to come up with improved solutions.
-The ability to work independently and in small teams, partner effectively cross-group, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently - Demonstrated ability and participation in the entire product development cycle: from design, implementation, development and debugging and maintenance with expertise in development - Ability to translate concept designs into user interfaces on mobile devices - Ability to use analytic data and user testing to inform design decisions - Should be able to fine-tune the performance of the mobile app.
-Comply with defined engineering process, standards and guidelines.
-Own and resolve defects reported against modules - Experience working with Agile methodology ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES : - Passion for software quality, delivering high scale services and achieving engineering excellence - Strong understanding of issues related to distributed computing and the ability to take a broad view of the system as a whole - Self-starter, independent and with ability to come up with solutions to complex problems - Strong problem-solving skills, mastery of data structures and algorithms, and the ability to think outside the box JOB REQUIREMENT : - 6-9 years of overall experience mobile app development with demonstrated experience in any of the cross-platform development tools like Kony/Xamarin/Titanium/ Phonegap/Cordova/Sencha or React Native - Should have advanced level expertise on JavaScript - Experience on UI technologies including HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript - Experience with unit testing frameworks for mobile such as Cucumber - Knowledge of iOS, Android or Windows software design patterns to develop connected high-performing apps - Familiarity with NFC technologies, Enterprise app Stores - Knowledge of CI processes and tools such as Jenkins or Team City - Hands-on experience delivering custom mobile solutions - Experience on developing e-commerce apps for mobile environments Nice to have : - Experience on iOS technologies including Swift and/ or Objective-C, Xcode, Cocoa or SDK frameworks - Demonstrated capability on Android technologies including, Java Eclipse/Android Studio or Maven/related development frameworks or programming languages such as Rust or Go Qualifications - Fulltime Bachelor and/or Master degree in engineering(or MCA) with a minimum of 60%
