Manager - IT Automation (5-8 Yrs) Noida (Systems/Product Software)

We are looking for a Manager - Automation for a client with a global presence based at Noida. Job Details : Location : Noida Role : Automation ; Individual Contributor Reports to : AVP - Finance Shift Timings : 9 am - 6 pm, 5 days working CTC : Industry Standards Experience : 5-8 Experience in automation Education : B.Tech (CS) / BCA / MCA - All regular or relevant Job Purpose : - The position exists to automate generation of reports and updation of dashboards with the objective of reducing manual/human intervention and thus limiting probability of error within the limits of functional policies and guidelines. Main Accountabilities : 1. Explore ways of automating the processes in the team and function 2. Study the process charts and draw up automation plans 3. Assess challenged and prepare solutions to tackle them 4. Showcase the systems to peers / superior for feedback 5. Incorporate others feedback, conduct testing and launch the same 6. Document efficiencies achieved and replicate the same for other processes 7. Analyze information received from different reports and prepare reports on Sharepoint portal 8. Look at financial numbers from varied sources, coordinate with stakeholders and update the dashboard on a regular basis 9. Showcase % increase in efficiencies and cost saving due to automation 10. Lead end to end development of different portals like Sharepoint Portal, Web Portal, Reporting Portals and SSIS packages 11. Address issues raised by users pertaining to system functionality / access management and ensure minimal downtime of portals Skills/ Experience Required : - Knowledge of Visual Studio - Knowledge of different languages - C, SQL, SSRS, etc.
