Deputy Manager - IT Operations (7-9 Yrs) Delhi NCR (Systems/Product Software)

The organization is a renowned fast food international chain. You will be part of its IT department. Job Location : Noida Position : Deputy Manager- IT Operations Reports to : General Manager - IT Responsibilities : - Should be able to lead and manage the operations team and execute IT operations effectively and efficiently.
-Define scope, budget, and schedule for operations project.
-Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions.
-Develop a project budget in consideration with cost optimization and reduction goals.
-Track, monitor and control expense based on budgetary guidelines.
-Ensure project execution within a defined budget and timelines.
-Manage and lead scope changes for operations project.
-Manage resource assignment, work allocation and software and hardware requirements for operations project.
-Conduct regular status meetings with the team.
-Address questions and concerns of a project team, management, and customers in a professional and confident manner.
-Provide project progress status, delays, and issues to customers in a timely manner.
-Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations.
-Provide support and guidance to project team as and when needed.
-Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals.
-Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff. Qualifications, Experience Skills : We are looking for a resource having BE, BTech, MTech or MCA degree with minimum 7 years of IT operations experience. Should have good knowledge of Microsoft technology especially on ASP.Net, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS. ITIL certification is preferable.

Required Skills : English
