Job Description : 1. Must have minimum of 6 months experience with managing Web Design Development projects with good understanding of web development processes. 2. Should have full understanding of software development life cycle. 3. Should have worked with international clients. 4. Good coordination and communication skills as the job will require talking to the client via skype/phone calls. 5. Should be well versed with practical aspects of project management and project management techniques. 6. Should be capable of leading team, manage conflicts. 7. Candidates with experience of managing open source projects will be preferred. 8. Candidates with BCA, MCA, B.Tech with MBA degrees will be preferred. Candidate Profile : 1. Manage Web Design Development for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure. 2. Must be a self starter and learner. 3. Keen to contribute with the team and motivate others to do so. 4. Must have very good command over English speaking and writing. 5. Must have logical thinking and problem solving approach.
