Job description : We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with knowledge and understanding of the complete software development process (Requirements, Design, Implementation, Verification, and Maintenance).
-The successful candidate must have excellent PYTHON programming/development skills (with complete understanding of Object Oriented Programming), UNIX/Linux and shell scripting skills - The selected candidate will be responsible for design, development, implementation and monitoring of applications.
-The candidate must be a team player, be self-motivated, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-In addition, the ability to manage projects and work in a team environment will be critical to being successful in this role. Responsibilities : - Write effective, scalable, testable and reusable code - Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications - Need to Handle project alone as well as Team player - Implementation of security and data protection - Coordinate with Internal/External teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions Requirements : - Strong background in Object Oriented Programming, data structures - Work experience as a Python Developer, should have hands on experience in building applications from scratch - Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid) is plus - Should have good knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM) and/or in any SQL database administration - Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5, CSS, Jquery, etc) - Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture - Experience with third-party libraries and APIs integration - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN) - Should be good at Agile development
