Job Summary : The person shall be responsible for delivering high performance PL SQL development, and tuning. Optimizing the current procedures and PLSQL/SQL. Knowledge : 1. Strong knowledge on PostgreSQL, working principals, standards, etc. 2. Analyze application problems, recommend and develop solutions. 3. Produce and maintain program code and documentation. 4. Review requirements, estimate, develop and perform process testing. 5. Query and Process Optimization. Skill Sets : 1. Min 2 years experience with PostgreSQL Relational Database. 2. Ability to write efficient, complex queries against very large data sets. 3. Strong PL/SQL skills. 4. Working knowledge on Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers,Packages, Materialized Views, Indexes, Collections and Exception Handling. 5. Good to have exposure on MySQL and Oracle Database. 6. Highly motivated with the ability to work well independently and within a team environment. 7. Problem solving skills. Attitude Behavior : 1. Proactive, can do attitude. 2.
