Position Title : Application Support Analyst Location : Andheri, Mumbai Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering. Additional training, technical certification, and/or years experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Experience Required : 1 - 4 Yrs Job Description : - The Application Support Analyst supports and monitors Clients platform and products to ensure the highest uptime possible and to solve or route technical support enquiries from merchant-customers and carrier-partners around the world.
-The position provides an opportunity to gain experience and domain knowledge in the technology and mobile payments industries by leveraging existing technical knowledge.
-The Application Support Analyst works on a 24/7/365 support team with rotating shifts and requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and occasional public holidays. Work from office is required, however work-from-home opportunities are possible. Responsibilities : - Act as the first point of contact for incoming technical support requests by email and telephone, and for technical issues identified by platform monitoring systems.
-Respond to incident reports and support requests by performing initial triage and investigations and routing the request to the appropriate support level or team.
-Acknowledge and appropriately respond or route incoming support requests to ensure all are handled quickly and efficiently and correctly.
-Provide support within stated service-level agreements, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to customers.
-Perform various other troubleshooting and support tasks. Key Skills : - Requires a Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science - Must have good understanding of how modern web applications and relational databases work - Must have basic understanding and ability to use Linux or Unix operating systems - Must be fluent in the English language (written and spoken) - Should have an outgoing and pleasant attitude with desire to help people
