Senior Manager - IT Project Delivery - Web Content Management (14-20 Yrs) Bangalore (Online/Mobile/Web)

Our client is one of the best captives in Bangalore and the subsidiary for one of the worlds largest Digital Marketing and Advertising agencies - 13 years of experience : 5 years of experience in executing complex projects in the Digital Experience domain - Must have handled 30 member teams - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Good understanding of project management processes (PMP preferable) - Good interpersonal skills - ability to mentor - Good understanding of the Digital Experience domain - Web Content Management, UI development, Analytics, Campaigns - Good client management skills (experience with Indian clients is a plus) Job Description : - Should be able to execute complex Digital Experience projects with 20 member teams for 1 years across locations - Should be able to run programs of multiple small projects across Web Content Management and UI development on a shared services mode with 30 member team - Should be able to manage capacity based on demand and manage recruitment, training etc - Should be able to maintain team morale, manage aspiration and career growth of team members
