Job Description - This is a band 30 position. Travel Lifestyle Services Analytics team in GEO has grown significantly in the last few years. It provides significant analytical and reporting support to TLS stakeholders in US and 22 international markets. The analyst will be responsible for resource planning, allocation, MIS reporting across TLS Learning Development (LD) team. The role has the following responsibilities - Responsibilities : - Will administer and configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Learning Management System (LMS- Navigator).
-Maintain system-defined notifications, including course assignments, registrations, completions and evaluations.
-Populate and maintain LMS with classroom details.
-Provide training, statistics and reports pertaining to LMS.
-Assist with LMS registration and the scheduling employee courses.
-The analyst is expected to collaborate with LD Managers and Directors to ensure adequate communication and input to staffing decisions and maintenance of training calendars.
-Demonstrated knowledge of creating performance dashboards or SharePoint repositories to support internal or external stakeholders.
-Implement processes to drive data governance and implement quality controls.
-Effectively manage New Hire Onboarding process. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks. Qualifications : - The Person should hold a Graduate Degree with 3-5 years of overall experience and 2 years of related domain in Business Analysis.
-Effective oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with peers, leadership, internal external stakeholders - Ability to leverage technology to solve for reporting needs - Excel PowerPoint - Self-starter with ability to execute with minimal direction and strong attention to detail.
-Open to work any shift between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm windows ( Mostly fixed shifts but should be flexible to meet needs of the Business).
