UI/UX Designer - Photoshop/Sketch (1-5 Yrs) Bangalore (UI/UX/Product)

Leher was incorporated earlier last year by passionate individuals with proven track record in multinational corporation and building successful startups. We strive to be an organization to build a truly global product out of India We are looking for core team members who share the same passion, who are looking to work on Design first principles of building a technology product and organization. Above and beyond being an SME in a core competency, we are looking for individuals who are not afraid to take up a challenge and we will ensure there is no shortage of it. Role and Responsibilities : - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, wireframes - Create innovative user interfaces, paying close attention to information architecture and interaction design - Create interactive prototypes that illustrate your Mobile or Web UI design - Develop exportable design artifacts in Zeplin or Sketch for mobile app, in app stickers, user avatars etc - Develop end to end responsive design for Leher web site which works across mobile and desktop - Develop creatives for social media posts, Leher Blogs, sales and marketing merchandise - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems - Stay curious about the latest design tools, processes, and trends - Adhere to best practices when it comes to typography, fonts, color, theme and images Skills we are looking for : - 0-3 years- of UX/ UI experience - 1 years of experience with mobile app designing - A strong visual or graphic design background, with a portfolio of work to support your application - A good knowledge of how to develop and maintain design systems - HTML CSS skills - Experience with Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Slack, Trello - Strong attention to detail - Above average communication and time management skills - Experience in startup and agile environments is a plus - Experience working alongside product managers and software engineers in cross-functional teams is a strong plus - Branding experience is a plus
