Role Title : Technical Interface Senior Manager Location : Gurgaon Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role) The role holder shall act as Interface manager who will be coordinating with all IT-Delivery verticals wherein project requirements are common. Must have skills : - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter and maintains positive attitude.

-Understand budgeting and financial management.

-PC knowledge/experience and the ability to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas : - To be specialized in bringing together component subsystems into a whole ensuring that those subsystems function together to produce overall solution to the customer.
-Provides programmatic solutions to transfer / interface data between systems including but not limited to point to point, FTP, XML, Interface engine.
-Leads projects and upgrades as assigned. Proactively supports and monitors multiple applications, databases, and making recommendations for necessary modifications to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
-Collaborates with business analysts, application developers and other internal and external customers to identify and understand source data systems and network structures for the development and documentation of integration disparate systems.
-Provides programming and technical support for Rules engine and work flow engines - Strong inductive reasoning aptitude to facilitate a volume of diagnostic and trouble shooting and problems solving skills - Ensures proper identification of issues / problems requiring appropriate escalation and follow - Should seek and recommend new technologies to address specific business needs or to enhance integration practices. Customers / Stakeholders : - Build strong relationships, adopting a win-win approach, to execute change at fast pace and with minimum conflict - Works closely with delivery partners to shape the programme, ensuring there are clear goals, benefits, scope, governance and delivery structure with planning, design and estimating, bringing together delivery and business partner teams; actively managing dependencies between these teams and other projects and programmes - Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
-Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, highlight issues Risks to the Project Business lead/sponsor in a timely fashion Operational Effectiveness Control : - Manages and reports project risks, issues and dependencies, promoting good risk management across the programmes workstreams - Maintains project change control, ensuring any changes to baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered - Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
-Ensures governance processes and decisions are applied consistently, including engaging the programme sponsor/Business lead and stakeholders effectively - Promotes and takes accountability for project quality; identifies opportunities to improve delivery and oversees the governance process to reduce risk and ensure effective timely decision are taken Major Challenges (The challenges inherent in the role that require a continual test of the role holders abilities) The main challenges of the job are manifest in the following areas : 1. Project re-prioritization 2. Management Control changes in the projects 3. Meeting deadlines and commitments for projects during crunch or tight timeframes. 4.
