We are urgently looking for Instructional Designers for a short-term assignment. Start Date : Immediate or within a week Location : Aundh, Pune Project Duration : 6 months Job description : Instructional Designer is assigned to an individual learning unit of a large content standardization/migration project which requires minimal content editing/structuring or to an individual learning unit of a large end-to-end content project with unstructured content that requires some amount of content editing/structuring. An Instructional designer is expected to : - Analyze content of a single learning unit (module, Lesson, chapter, etc.) and map it to the predefined learning objectives. Identify content gaps.
-Create a single learning unit (module, Lesson, chapter, etc.) level storyboard on the basis of predefined instructional strategies and micro- standards - Facilitate doodle session with the design team for the assigned learning unit - Coordinate with other functional (graphics, programming, project management, and quality assurance)teams at the learning unit level - Review the developed learning unit to ensure it aligns with the proposed instructional strategy.
